Best Western Plus Rockwall Inn & Suites

Kevin was so nice and accommodating checking us in, especially since I messed up the reservation. Thank you Kevin! Room was able to cool down quickly and we slept well pool was enjoyable even upon our late arrival. Breakfast was simple and filling. Ty.

The morning staff and the afternoon staff and the night staff are so friendly and helpful and take care of anything for the satisfaction of their guests. They are so understanding and fair. The prices are great as well. The rooms stay clean the hotels is always clean and they have an indoor pool that my kids loved. My family has had an amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel. 10/10 stars!!!!!

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. The hotel and parking lot were clean. The bed, pillows and towels were all amazing. So was the service. The only downside is the location. It's hard to get in and out of the parking lot from the I-30 service road. There's lots of noise, traffic and construction.

Stopped in for a couple nights before heading home. The parking lot was a bit shady with guys standing around outside the lobby and then in the back parking lot in their car, no shirts on, weird. Check in was smooth and staff was nice. I was lucky enough to get a parking spot in the front by the lobby. Otherwise, additional parking is behind the hotel. I didn't realize I reserved a suite, but that's what I got. A very large, 2 room, with mini fridge/sink area, separate bathroom sink area, which is nice, and an oversized double, jacuzzi tub and a big king sized bed, both rooms have a balcony, also. The rooms are a bit dated with window units and older carpet, but clean and serves the purpose. Only downside, besides the guys hanging outside, is the traffic noise from the interstate. It's loud, in my opinion. And the guy who justrt ran down the hall at 1230a, heavy enough to wake the dead. Hoping that's the one and only of that kind of experience tonight.

Had a wonderful stay. Very comfortable bed, clean room. The entire hotel was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was surprisingly wide and delicious! Friendly staff.

This was our first time coming to Rockwall Texas due to a medical emergency. The wonderful staffer named Melissa exceeded our request and needs. Due to me having surgery she even allowed us to upgrade to a new room with a charge and the upgraded room was outstanding? Definitely plan to make this particular Best Western hotel our go to spot!

The rooms were decent. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. There was no shampoo and the shower screamed/whistled at me the entire time I had it on hot. The fridge's freezer was melting so it did leak water all over the floor. All of those things were so minor that it did not take away from my stay. Also, the breakfast was pretty darn good! The waffles came in the shape of Texas (just a cute little touch).

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
